Was an excellent location and quiet hotel to stay in.
They let me into my room earlier than scheduled time without any extra charges. An error was made with my actual room but early in the morning I called the front desk, and they fixed the problem fast. I didn't even have to go downstairs to pick up keys they brought to the room where I was staying. Excellent customer service.
They clean the room real good, but when I went under the bed to get my shoes they do not really clean under the bed.

It was a convenient location, staff was excellent, the facility was old and worn
There are beautiful plants growing on each floor sitting area and in the lobby. It is in an excellent location to get to town center. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the fresh fruit varieties for breakfast. The pillows and bed were comfortable.
The breakfast was simple, the fruit and juice was fresh, the baked items were not fresh. The towels (very rough) seemed to be as old and tired as the building. Must have been a lovely hotel when it opened. Some of the rooms have upgraded or remodeled bathrooms.
