Was an excellent location and quiet hotel to stay in.
They let me into my room earlier than scheduled time without any extra charges. An error was made with my actual room but early in the morning I called the front desk, and they fixed the problem fast. I didn't even have to go downstairs to pick up keys they brought to the room where I was staying. Excellent customer service.
They clean the room real good, but when I went under the bed to get my shoes they do not really clean under the bed.

Exceptional
The grand entrance, choice of elevator or stairs, bath and shower with plentiful hot water. Good breakfast. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and were kind, attentive and very helpful. The location is close to great restaurants such as Florin and Posada. Highly recommend this hotel. A luxurious feel at a great price. V4th floor also has a terrace with a view of the city.
Would have been great to have tea or coffee available somewhere in the hotel for guests to enjoy. Throughout the day.
